The home for real cowboys! Canter is a ranch style bungalow with 360 degrees of wrap around porch to protect from the blistering summer sun and provide the perfect space to relax and watch the sunset. This house has everything a cowboy could want: 2 bedrooms in the main house with a loft bedroom in the barn for the resident cattle hand, two stables for your horses- with a cold cellar underneath it, and the barn which has a storm/tornado cellar underneath with everything the family needs for an environmental emergency.

Canter Ranch was build on the Grove Family lot in Chestnut Ridge. Most of the build utilizes the Horse Ranch Pack content, with a small amount of Custom Content (list below)- most of the CC is “decorative”: floors, walls, curtains, and stable doors.
